If you need to appear before the elders yet, please contact your Care Group Elder to schedule time with the elders.

Please list your preferred dates for making Profession.

Dates are subject to availability based on pulpit supply, communion, baptisms, and other events. No holidays please. No day is guarenteed, just a starting point to begin scheduling. Please list several dates .
